Your Role as a Lead Generation Specialist

You don’t just generate leads, you build scalable systems that consistently attract and qualify the right ones. You combine data, tools, and smart automation to create predictable lead flow.

You are responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads across multiple channels, including:

  • LinkedIn (organic + outbound)

  • Email outreach campaigns

  • Offline channels such as trade shows and events

You work directly with the founders and play a key role in how fast LeadJourney grows. Your impact is measurable, visible, and directly tied to revenue.

What you’ll do

🎯 Lead Research
Identify and build highly targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay

📧 Outreach Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn), with a strong focus on personalization and performance

🔄 Pipeline Ownership
Continuously deliver qualified leads and ensure a steady flow into the sales pipeline

📊 Performance Optimization
Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and improve conversion rates over time

🛠️ Tool Stack Management
Own and optimize the lead generation tech stack, leveraging automation and AI wherever possible

🔁 Feedback Loop
Work closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting based on real market feedback

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound, sales, or growth — ideally in SaaS or performance-driven environments

  • Relentless sales mindset — you don’t stop after the first or second touchpoint; you know that results come from consistent follow-up

  • Ownership & execution — you think in systems, act independently, and get things done without waiting for instructions

  • Strong interest in SaaS, performance marketing, and data-driven growth

  • Experience with marketing tracking / attribution tools is a big plus

  • Fluent in English

  • High drive to learn and improve — you want to grow fast and take on responsibility
